Cancellation Policy

Our time is very valuable. In order for us to maintain a steady schedule and allow prompt time and fairness to all guests and team members, we kindly request guests to confirm appointments, and give at least 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Should you be unable to attend your appointment(s) and need to cancel or reschedule, please allow at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. Cut-off time for cancellations or rescheduling is 24 hours PRIOR to the scheduled service time. Sage + Mane hair salon reserves the right to charge 50% for services cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before reservation, and 100% for last-minute cancellations and No-Show appointments. The incurred fee(s) must be paid before further bookings are accepted.
